Who can sell on Unfrosen?
Unfrosen works exclusively with official fashion brands, distributors, license holders, and wholesale stock owners. We do not work with unverified third parties or unauthorized resellers. All suppliers are vetted to ensure stock authenticity and proper ownership.
Where do the products I list get sold?
Your products are sold to pre-vetted independent retailers, concept stores, and outlet shops across Europe. These include retailers in countries like Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Romania. You can choose to limit which countries see your stock, and decide whether buyers can see brand names or not.
Can I hide my company name from buyers?
Yes. Unfrosen is built with brand protection in mind. You can choose to list products as anonymous, with brand name revealed only after approval, or keep the brand visible to verified retailers only. You retain control over visibility throughout the sales process.
How do payments work for sellers?
Unfrosen handles all the payments and deliveries for the buyers. For sellers, Unfrosen pays upfront.
What kind of stock does Unfrosen accept?
We accept branded, original, and new (not used) fashion items in the following categories: clothing, footwear, accessories, and bags. We do not list replicas, fake items, or products with significant defects. Seasonal overstock, cancelled orders, and previous collections are welcome.
Do I need to provide images and product data?
Yes, clear images and basic product details are required. If needed, our team can help format your Excel or CSV files and generate PDF line sheets or online catalogs for easy upload and presentation to buyers.
How does Unfrosen protect sellers from price erosion or grey markets?
Unfrosen uses country-based visibility controls, buyer segmentation, and non-public product listings to protect your brand’s market positioning. You can limit resale to selected countries and exclude major marketplaces or online sellers for example.
How fast can I start selling on Unfrosen?
Most sellers are live within 48–72 hours after onboarding. Once your stock is uploaded and pricing agreed, we promote it instantly to relevant buyers in our network. You get full transparency on interest, pricing feedback, and orders via your dedicated account manager.
